In Cabris, the land of her roots, Brigitte imagines a space where planting, stone, shade and light converse to create perspective and emotion.

I would like to return to an essential idea: that designing a space, whether extremely large or extremely small, is above all a play of shadow and light, for it is this interplay that will in one case enlarge the space and, in the other, not shrink it but create perspective. In the photomontages proposed for this pharmacy, I set out to offer, first, a purely planted composition, then another design with a touch of stone, and then, at my client's request, I showed her a basin set beneath the existing olive tree. Whatever one does, one must always offer an emotion.
