For a good thirty years now, I have been creating gardens. Some are vast, others very small: to me, there is no difference. What they all share, however, is one thing — their owners want a garden that is both enduring and creative.
A landscaper by profession and an artist at heart! Indeed, the harmony of a garden follows the rules of a painting, and it is true that this amateur painter is a colourist of the very first order.
It is no doubt from Cabris, her grandparents' land where she grew up, that Brigitte Dematteis drew her Provençal influences. A few kilometres from Nice, Cannes and Grasse, in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes, this unspoilt place offers a splendid panorama over the Mediterranean Sea and the villages below it.

I don't limit myself to laying out a garden. I design a true landscape project, conceived as a whole, where perspectives, light, materials and planting come together to create a place that is unique and timeless.
Before creating a space, it is essential to understand it. Whether it is a matter of steps, a gate or a pool… each place has a history, constraints, a light, uses and possibilities that must be revealed before any work begins. Preliminary designs make it possible to explore different solutions, to visualise the possibilities and to anticipate choices so as to avoid mistakes.
My goal: to help you understand and visualise your garden!
As every project is unique, my fees are set by quotation according to its nature, its complexity and the scope of the mission entrusted to me. A first meeting allows your needs to be defined precisely before a bespoke proposal is drawn up.
